Once the acrylic backing has been cut to shape, our artisans bend and shape the piping to create the desired design before attaching it to the backing to produce a finished neon sign.

Yes, we offer custom LED neon sign designs. Simply contact us with your design idea, and our design team will work with you to create a unique neon sign that meets your specifications. Once you have approved the design, our craftsmen will begin the manufacturing process.

No, we use premium flexible neon LED piping that is much more durable and environmentally friendly than traditional glass neon tubing. This material is safer, more energy-efficient, and offers a wider range of design possibilities than glass neon tubing.

While we aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible, we ask that you allow up to 16 days for delivery from the date of your order. However, in most cases, you will likely receive your order sooner than this.

Our production time is typically 3-5 working days, and shipping usually takes an additional 3-7 working days, depending on your location. We partner with reliable shipping carriers such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, and TNT to ensure your neon sign is delivered safely and efficiently. As soon as your order is with the courier, we will send you a full tracking number via email so that you can easily track the progress of your new neon sign.

Return Policy & Warranty Information

At ExoNeon, we stand behind the quality of our products. In the unlikely event that you encounter any issues with your neon sign, we offer a generous warranty of up to 24 months. This means that we will replace your sign for free if it is found to be defective within this timeframe.

If you do experience any issues with your neon sign within the warranty period, we kindly ask that you contact our support team at support@exoneon.com. Please provide us with details of the issues you are facing, and we will work with you to find a resolution.

Our team may request that you return the sign to us for inspection before we authorize a replacement to be sent out to you. This helps us ensure that we can quickly and effectively address any issues with your sign and provide you with a replacement as soon as possible.

We understand that our customers want to feel confident in their purchase, which is why we are pleased to offer a warranty on all our products. We stand behind the quality of our neon signs and want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. Our warranty period varies depending on the product, with most products being covered by a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase.

It's important to note that accessories such as dimmers and power adapters are covered by a 1-month warranty, while standoff screws are not covered under warranty. Please also keep in mind that the buyer is responsible for shipping costs associated with the warranty, including the shipping fee to our facility as well as the shipping costs for products that have been warranted to the customer's address.

We kindly request that you attach both a short video of your sign as well as photos for diagnostic and quality purposes. What happens after I initiate a return?

Once we have received all of the required information, our team will review your case and reach out to you as soon as possible to try to resolve the issue. If a return has been agreed upon, please note that the faulty product must be returned in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of when you received the product.

What if a replacement or refund is necessary?

If a replacement has been agreed upon, we will work diligently to produce and ship the replacement product to you as soon as possible. If a full or partial refund has been agreed upon, we will inform you of when you can expect to receive the refund.

Please keep in mind that providing both a video and photo(s) of the issue will allow us to best diagnose and rectify the issue with your product. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter, and look forward to providing you with the best possible customer service.

Installation

We have made the installation process of our neon signs quick and easy so that you can enjoy your new sign in no time! Follow these simple steps to get your sign up and shining bright:

  1. Firstly, carefully unbox your new sign. As the signs are packaged securely to ensure they arrive in perfect condition, you may need a knife to assist with the removal of the packaging. However, be cautious not to damage the sign or its cables inside.
  2. Next, attach the power cables and insert them into a power socket. The signs come with one cable attached to the sign, a cable for the remote control, and a separate 12V transformer that plugs into the mains power supply. Connect the mains power supply cable to the remote control cable, and then attach that to the sign's cable. Insert AAA batteries into the remote control, and you'll be able to turn your sign on/off, dim, and change the effect. If you have purchased the Color Changer, you will also be able to use the remote control to change the color of the sign.
  3. Now, hang your sign using your preferred method. Hanging the neon sign on the wall is as simple as hanging a picture. You can use nails and hooks, but we recommend using wall hanging strips as they are much easier to use and do not damage your walls. Follow the instructions for the method and product you use to hang the neon sign. You can purchase the 3M hanging strips that we recommend from Amazon by clicking here.
